Wondering what Lacrosse Northwest has to offer for you? Just about everything for all ages.  Young, middle-aged, new player, old player....there is always something for everyone!

New!! Adult Women's Novice:

Finally, for all you ladies who have been wanting to learn how to play lacrosse but are afraid to jump right into our Adult Women's Open league!! Lacrosse Northwest will run an instructional women's novice league this summer for 8 weeks starting the week of June 28. 

This will be great for......

• Athletes who played other sports and are ready to dive into the "fastest sport on two feet".
• Moms
• Those looking to coach lacrosse and learn drills, skills, game concepts, rules
• People who want to learn the game of lacrosse
• All ages welcome
• People who want to have FUN!

By the end of the lesson, you will be able to pass and catch, participate in drills, play in a game, and simply know what's going on while watching a lacrosse game.

This league will run this summer for 8 weeks, starting the week of June 28 (eveningS). 1.5 hours of instruction for 8 weeks.  Location:  Lincoln High School

Adult Men's Novice:

Men who have little or no experience playing lacrosse and want to pick it up?  This is the perfect group lesson for you. 

• Dads
• Youth coaches
• People who want to learn the game of lacrosse
• All ages welcome
• People who want to have fun
• Valuable time to learn drills, skills, game concepts, rules

By the end of the lesson, you will be able to pass and catch,  participate in drills, play in a game, and simply know what's going on while watching a lacrosse game.

Our next league will run this summer for 8 weeks, starting the week of June 28 (evening) . 1.5 hours of instruction for 8 weeks.  Location: Hillsboro Stadium

Individual and Private lesssons:
