2012 Spring Club Lacrosse

Registration for the Portland Rippers Club lacrosse team.  Approved team members will be allowed to register.  All members must register through the website.

 Be sure to enter the promotional code given to you by either Ken or Kyle to receive the correct pricing for dues.

Portland Rippers Club Team

Individual dues for the year will be $225. This will cover your team dues, league dues, shooting shirt, shorts, beer after every game, field rentals, referee payment, team insurance, and hotel costs for the season. 

This is the same pricing as last year, with the addition of $50 for hotels (actual cost is $75) rather than having guys pay out of pocket for hotels for the season.

Change to be noted: Positional captains will take on the role of player-coaches this year.  These captains have been selected based on committment to team concepts, ability to stay upbeat and encouraging, and lacrosse scheme knowledge.  These captains are extensions of the team captains, and are to be respected and treated as such.

Speaking Captain:   Ken Hooton

Captains will also be responsible for noting absences from team events.  If a player is absent from a team event their playing time will be diminished.  This is in order to maximize team potential, chemistry, and playing ability. 

As a dues paying member you are expected to attend at least 80% of all team events. Please contact Ken and Kyle (PDXmenslax@gmail.com) before registering if you cannot make this committment. 

Listed below are all team events, as of now, for the season.  Please look over the schedule and verify your 80% committment (3 allowable excused absences) before completing registration.  If you are unable to attend an event please notify Ken and Kyle at least 7 days in advance.
