Who: Middle school players (Grades 6th, 7th, and 8th).
Why: Box Lacrosse is the best way for young players to learn how to play the game. There are fewer players at one time on the field, which allows players to receive more touches; the walls at Indoor Goals keep the ball in play which increases the tempo of the game; players develop stick skills at a fast rate by playing in tight spaces; and don’t forget that it’s fun to play! If you are dedicated to accelerating your game and learning excellent techniques and drills to improve your individual skills, then join us at Indoor Goals for the winter season.
What: This is a scrimmage league for middle school girls who have intermediate - advanced skills and have played for a competitive youth program. Typically, these players have two or more years of experience. Games are skilled, aggressive, and fast-paced!
