Welcome to the Pure Lacrosse Winter 2010 Training Program for Tigard. By registering for this program you will be training at Durham Elementary School for 6 action-packed weeks of professional coaching!

Programs:

   *  6 x 90 min skills and athletic training sessions for $185.

   *  6 x 120 min skills and athletic training sessions for $225 (Elite Programs Only). 

By training at Durham you will have the opportunity to work with Twist Portland! Experience the difference with Twist Sport Conditioning.  This is not traditional training. There are no machines. Except one; the human body.

The Twist difference is fueled by a team of industry leading coaches, an unparalleled training system, and a coaching style designed to motivate and bring out the will to get better.  By combing lacrosse drills and athletic development into one program we strive to provide the best possible training services.

Schedule:

   *  Saturday: January 16th, 23rd, 30th Feb. 6th, 13th, 20th

   *  Sunday: January 17th, 24th, 31st Feb. 7th, 14th, 21st

Register for the program that best describes your skill level. Class times are as follows.

Saturday Schedule (subject to change): 

   *  Girls Youth(4th-6th)– 9:00am-10:30am
   *  Girls Youth (7th-8th)– 10:00am-11:30pm
   *  Girls Junior Varsity (9th-10th) – 11:00am-12:30pm
   *  Girls Varsity (11th-12th) – 12:30pm-2:00pm

Sunday Schedule (subject to change):

WHO: You and a friend. In years past athletes who are newly exposed to our training methodologies are so excited about their training that they have commonly brought friends to subsequent weeks to share in the positive experience.

 

WHAT: Phenomenal coaching from Pure Lacrosse and Twist Sport Conditioning Portland.

 BRING: Stick, Pads/Protection, Cleats for Grass, Tennis Shoes for Cross-Training, Water, and Warm Training Cloths
