Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations

Lacrosse Northwest Refund, Credit, and Cancellation Policy
Program/Event: Includes the following: league, camp, clinic, travel team, athletic conditioning, private lesson
Refund: Refunds will only be given to participants who have paid for a Lacrosse Northwest program/event and incur injury during the time of the program/event. If the injury occurs after one quarter of the way through the program/event, the participant will receive a pro-rated refund for the days they are unable participate.
Credit: Credit will be issued to Lacrosse Northwest participants only before the program/event begins. A credit is given for the monetary amount the player paid for the original program/event. Credits can be used for one year after original date of purchase. There are no exceptions to the above policy. If a player is injured during play with Lacrosse Northwest, a credit or refund can be given and may be decided upon by the player or parent/guardian.
Cancellation: Lacrosse Northwest has the right to cancel any organized program/event due to unforeseen or uncontrolled circumstances. Lacrosse Northwest will refund all participants in the event Lacrosse Northwest cancels a program/event.
